Heavy duty industrial injector, ideal for a high production laboratory, allowing injections every 4

minutes. This injector also takes the physical force out of injecting and offers equal pressure with every injection. Equal pressure means consistent, accurate results. With one furnace this injector yields approximately 30 cases per day, with additional furnaces it can yield approximately 120 cases per day.

Ideal for most laboratories, this injector eliminates the physical force needed with manual presses, simply pull a button to inject, push the same button to release. This system is self purging, no more hammering out the cylinders. Offers equal pressure with every injection for consistent, accurate results. It has a built-in furnace (hence, the stand alone furnace and some furnace accessories are not included with this system), eliminating the need to move the hot cylinder from the furnace to the injector. Yields approximately 30 cases per day.

Sturdy and compact manual press, newly designed to offer more comfort and ease when injecting. The tcs® Manual Press Kit yields approximately 30 cases per day, but with additional furnaces it can yield up to 120 cases per day.

Specially designed for melting tcs® Unbreakable in in 10-11 minutes and Totally Natural in 14-16 minutes.  The design of this furnace separates the heating  mechanism from the rest of the oven, making the life of the furnace much longer than other thermoplastic furnaces.
