KDF Accel 23 Porcelain Oven
The Accel-23 unit is capable of firing up to three separate cases consecutively without user intervention. The most exciting feature of the Accel-23 is the automated firing platform rotation system. Three independent platforms rotate through the muffle to fire and cool work as it is completed. The rotating robot arm system is vibration free and permits the ceramists to concentrate completely on the porcelain build-up as each tray fires in turn without user intervention.
The temperature control circuit maintains optimal firing conditions without constant user calibration. Customize settings for pre-dry, drying, cooling, and vacuum start temperature. Fire and cool work inside the muffle (Allows customized firing of low fusing ceramics) Duplicate programs easily. Controls moisture in the muffle. Able to detect 10 abnormal program functions. Individual firing platforms can be manually rotated to monitor all sides of glazed or soldered pieces. The space under the ceramic tray stand holds instruments and firing trays for easy storage. 100 storable programs plus manual firing capabilities. The Master S features excellent muffle heat distribution and steady heat rise speed. This unit will prevent metal frames from twisting, allows you to produce natural color shades, natural translucency and uniform glaze. The table is secure. Since the muffle is the component moving up and down, no vibration is applied to the firing object.
The illuminated rim lamp is installed on top of the main body. Each different color is illuminated in sequential order so that "at-a-glance" you will know the muffle temperature and state. The rim lamp can also be programmed to present different colors for each of the firing processes.
The firing process indicator is installed on the front frame and enables you to see the firing process status with a glance from a distance. Easy to see with large LCD. Easy operation with touch panel and graph from programming. The storable firing program slots have 200 courses for normal mode and 50 courses for specific mode which allows diverse firing programs. The Master S series is equipped with a cooling fan that runs in relation with the muffle heat to contain the temperature of the outer frame from rising and becoming hot. When the firing program is complete, the vacuum pump will perform a powerful in-muffle cooling with atmospheric air which will enable you to shorten the waiting time to start the next program. |
