Since 1985, Harris Discount Supply Ltd has produced high quality burnout ovens. The very first Harris burnout oven, a prototype, is still being used somewhere in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The new 4000 series is no exception. They are designed for versatility with 5 separate 8-stage programs. They can heat up or cool down. The Harris Burnout Oven even has three wall heating with a + 25*F accuracy. The Harris Burnout Ovens are equipped with an overnight timer and stainless steel chassis. A two year warranty is standard.

Nabertherm 9/11 Burnout Oven

The Nabertherm 9/11 Burnout Oven is capable of being used with aggressive substances. The Nabertherm 9/11 Burnout Oven has a ceramic muffle with embedded heating from four sides. This Burnout Oven thus combines a very good temperature uniformity with excellent protection of the heating elements from aggressive atomospheres. Another aspect of this Burnout Oven is the smooth, nearly dust-free muffle (furnace door made of fibre insulation), an important quality freature for some ashing processes.

The maximum temperture of this Burnout Oven is 1100 degrees C. There is an adjustable working air inlet in the door and textured stainless steel which is a non-rusting design. There is also and exhaust air outlet in rear wall of the Burnout Oven as well as Silent solid-state power control relay.

Nabertherm Burnout and Sintering Oven

The Nabertherm LE 2/11-4/11 Burnout Ovens are ideally suitable for laboratory and enamelling applications. This Burnout Oven's low power consumption and user-friendly design makes this Burnout Oven type the optimum solution for small work. The double-walled housing keeps the outside temperature cool to the touch. The vacuum-fiber insulation allows short heat-up times. Protected elements make this a durable solution.

The Burnout Oven heats from both sides and the elements are protected by quartz tubes which allows opening of furnace during operation. The Burnout Oven is insulated with hardened vacuum-fiber modules and the double-walled housing ensures "cool-touch" outer surface. Featuring High Performance Hybrid Muffle Technology - Exclusive to Ceramco®'s Neytech brand of furnaces

Vulcan® benchtop furnaces are available in three standard muffle sizes and each can be purchased with one of three different controllers.  Single setpoint analog controllers are an economical option when rate of temperature climb is not a concern. Single setpoint digital controllers allow the operator to control the rate of temperature climb, and monitor the progress of the program on an easy-to-read,accurate digital display. Three-stage digital programmable models have nine multi-stage programs, a hold temperature program, and a delay start option which allows a program's start time to be delayed for up to seven days.

Each Vulcan is constructed with a heavy gauge steel cabinet finished with durable baked enamel coating. A vertical lift door is standard for operator safety and space conservation.

Renfert Magma Oven

The Renfert Magma Oven heats on all four sides and has 99 program memory places + 1 program for speed for investment compounds.  It has a  controlled heating  rate of 0–9°C/min. (0 = max.).  This oven heats to 900°C in 60 minutes with evenly distributed temperature and is rear vented.  The cabinet is 17”W x 18”D x 20”H and the muffle is 6”W x 7”D x5”H.  The optional catalytic converter is centrally controlled from the oven and is intelligently integrated into the programs.
