Power/Model&Die Saw System includes all of these great Ferraro products: power model and die saw, model tilt and lock platform, model and die saw deluxe, the upside down saw and the basic model vise.

The Power Model and Die-Saw includes three saw frames to choose from (i.e., 3" to 5") the smallest frame for the most remanding cases and the largest for increased productivity.

The Model Tilt and Lock Platform will allow the model to be held horizontally or at compound angles, increasing accuracy and productivity as it simplifies the sectioning process.

The Model and Die Saw Deluxe has an ultra soft hand-grip that can adjust from a high to low angle, to facilitate the users preferences.

The Upside-Down Saw is designed to facilitate sawing dies from the bottom side up to the margins. The Upside-Down Saw will adjust from a horizontal position to a vertical angle accommodating the users preference.

The Basic Model Vise is designed for sectioning models when the tilting feature is not required. The Basic Model Vise holds the model securely on a horizontal plane.

The Dental Model & Die Saw Deluxe was designed to incorporate four desirable features that will make sectioning dies faster, easier, and more accurate. 1) The handle can be adjusted from a negative angle, to a neutral angle, to a positive angle. 2) The Stainless Steel construction of the saw bow allows the blade to be put under high tension. 3) Another unique feature is what we call "air hand-grip" the soft outer handgrip makes a four point contact with the metallic inner handgrip, producing a very comfortable soft gripping surface. 4) The lever that locks the handle at the desired angle can be positioned on either side of the saw frame accommodating right or left hand users.

The Power Die Saw/Essentials are an innovative approach to improving productivity. The Power Die Saw/Essentials eliminates the labor intense process of hand sawing dies, speeds procedure, aids in sawing traditional or synthetic die stone efficiently. The air powered saw reciprocates at 60 strokes per second and uses standard or ultra thin blades for tight interproximal areas. The adjustable model vise will accommodate full or quadrant models. The Power Die Saw includes power saw and frame, model vise (rotates 360 degrees) and foot pedal. It requires clean dry air at 70 to 90 PSI.

The Upside-Down Saw was designed to facilitate sectioning dies by sawing from the base (dowel pin) side up toward the margins. The saw is mounted on a stationary platform permitting adjustments: ranging from horizontal, accommodating technicians who prefer to stand over the saw, to vertical for those who prefer to sit while sectioning. Rigid construction of the saw frame allows the blade to be placed under high tension thus reducing flex and the tendency of the cut to wander. The unit will accept 5" blades available from us in .010 (standard) or .007 (ultra-thin). Suction cup feet standard .
