Low Price Guarantee

  • We work hard to save you money. We strive to offer you low prices every time you shop and we do our best to provide you with the best values.
  • If within 30 days of purchase you find a verifiable lower price on an identical item at any retail competitor, we will match their price and refund you the difference. Just simply send us the competitor's current ad or price quote.
  • Competitor's closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation and damaged items are excluded from this offer.

Minimum Orders

  • A $10 fee applies to orders with merchandise totals under $20.00.

International Orders

  • Credit Card payments will not be accepted for International orders.  Wire Transfer in advance of shipment is required.

Returns

  • At Harris Discount we want you to be happy with your order.  If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, please ship them back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.  A 20% restock fee applies.
  • Special order items are not returnable unless defective. 
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging including manuals and parts. 
  • Any product that is returned without a promotional item which was included in the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.
  • Harris Discount Supply reserves the right to deny any return.
  • YOU WILL NEED TO CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR ALL RETURNS.

Defective Items

  • If your shipment arrives in non-working condition or fails within 90 days of receipt, please contact us immediately. 
  • If your item fails after 90 days and is within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer.
