The new “Cleaning device” CLD-1 represents another building block for the optimized and controlled manufacturing process of medical devices by generative fabrication. Unlike conventional ultrasonic baths the CLD-1 generates a vortex of the cleaning agent. As a result, microcracks in the component surfaces are significantly reduced, thus further increasing the part quality in terms of surface finish, appearance and mechanics of your dental objects. A selection of different cleaning programs assists you in perfectly matching the cleaning program to the selected material class and choice of cleaning agent. The cleaning container can be easily removed and changed in order to simplify the manufacturing processes in your lab. Changing the cleaning liquid can be done within seconds in a convenient way. The CLD-1 can be controlled and monitored by an app, and communicates via WIFI with the pro3dure CD-2 post curing unit.
